On July 13, the Handover Ceremony of Primary Education Institution #12 of Balti City, which is funded through the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects Scheme ‘Kusanone’, was held in Balti. Many children and their parents attended the ceremony, Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Moldova Masanobu Yoshii, Mayor of Balti and more, made a speech. The primary education institution benefited from this grant from the Government of Japan(82,757.95USD), Windows and doors replacement, Roof replacement, On-site pavement replacement, PC with special software for eyes training, Vision diagnostic equipment, Vision treatment equipment, Eye fundus examination apparatus, Set of diagnostic optical lenses were done construction and purchased.
