On September 21, the Handover Ceremony of the Project for Improvement of Medical Equipment, funded through Grassroots Human Security Projects Scheme 'Kusanone', took place in the Cantemir District Hospital. The ceremony was attended by the medical staff and director of the hospital, Chairman of Cantemir District, and Ambassador of Japan Masanobu Yoshii. The Hospital benefited from a 104,030 USD grant from the Government of Japan, which allowed it to equip the sector of imagistics with modern medical devices (Video Fibergastroscope, Video Colonoscope, Microscope Binocular, etc.) essential for timely and qualitative inspection services.
