　On December 10, 2018, four grant contracts for the implementation of the Grass-Roots Human Security Projects were signed in Chisinau as follows:

1. “The Project for Modernization of Medical Equipment in Falesti District Hospital”;
2. “The Project for Improvement of Educational Environment at Pelinia Gymnasium”;
3. “The Project for Modernization of Medical Equipment in Edinet District Hospital”;
4. “The Project for Improvement of Feeding Environment in Domulgeni Gymnasium”.
   　

Approximately 143,000 USD were disbursed for improving facilities at two medical institutions, and approximately 123,000 USD were granted to improve infrastructural environment at two educational institutions. It is expected that the implementation of these projects will contribute to the overall improvement of living standards in Moldova.
