Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects（Handover Ceremony of the Project for Improvement of Educational Environment at Kindergarten for children with visual disability in Chisinau）

　On July 25, the Handover Ceremony of the Project for Improvement of Educational Environment at Kindergarten for children with visual disability in Chisinau, funded through Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects Scheme 'Kusanone', took place in the Kindergarten No.135 for children with visual disability in Chisinau. The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Japan Masanobu Yoshii, the Minister of Education, Culture and Research Mrs. Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei, the Kindergarten’ director and staff, the President of Non-governmental Organization "Curcubeul", which was created by the parents of the children from this Kindergarten. The Kindergarten benefited from a grant assistance in the amount of 100,795 USD from the Government of Japan, which allowed the institution to repair the roof and music room; change the windows and doors; and ensure safe conditions of study for children and kindergarteners.
