On February 15, 2023, the Handover Ceremony of the Project for Improvement of Educational Environment at Lyceum in Puhaceni Village, funded through Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects Scheme ”Kusanone” was held.
The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Moldova H.E. Mr. YAMADA Yoichiro, Mayor of Puhaceni village Mr. Veaceslav PLAMADEALA, Vice President of the Anenii Noi District Council Mr. Viorel COCIUG and Head of the General Directorate of Education, Culture and Tourism Anenii Noi Mr. Radion MOROSAN.
The lyceum benefited from a 61,020 USD grant offered by the Government of Japan, used for thermal insulation and structure work of outer wall, repair works of the access roads to school and paving recreation areas. The project aimed at ensuring comfortable and safe conditions for children, teachers and technical staff.
