Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects （Handover Ceremony of the Project for Improvement of Educational Environment at Kindergarten No.5 in Comrat Municipal）

On July 6, 2023 the Handover Ceremony of the Project for Improvement of Educational Environment at Kindergarten No.5 in Comrat Municipal, funded through Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects Scheme ”Kusanone” was held. The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Moldova H.E. Mr. YAMADA Yoichiro, Deputy Mayor of Comrat Municipality Ms. Inna VLAH. The kindergarten benefited from a 89,926 USD grant offered by the Government of Japan, used for repair works in the kindergarten: thermal insulation of the exterior walls, renovation of the adjacent blind area, paving the courtyard and access paths; upgrading the fire prevention system by installing fire alarms and cabinets. The project aimed at ensuring comfortable and safe conditions for children, teachers and technical staff of the kindergarten.
