On January 18, the Handover Ceremony was held at Republican Center of Rehabilitation for Children in Chisinau for the Project for Provision of Ultrasound Diagnostic Equipment in Republican Center of Rehabilitation for Children in Chisinau Municipality, funded through Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects Scheme 'Kusanone'. The ceremony was attended by the H.E. Mr. YAMADA Yoichiro, Ambassador of Japan, Mr. Ion PRISACARU, State Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Ms. Ecaterina GÎNCOTĂ, Director of Republican Center of Rehabilitation for Children etc.
The medical institution was granted with 53,500 USD which was offered by the Government of Japan. This grant enabled the acquisition of a high-performance ultrasound diagnostic equipment which is essential for timely and qualitative examinations and diagnosis.
