Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects （Handover Ceremony of the Project for Provision of Medical Waste Disinfection Unit in Public Medical-Sanitary Institution «Isaac Gurfinkel» in Comrat）

On February 27, the Handover Ceremony was held at PMSI «Isaac Gurfinkel» in Comrat for the Project for Provision of Medical Waste Disinfection Unit in Public Medical-Sanitary Institution «Isaac Gurfinkel» in Comrat, funded through Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects Scheme 'Kusanone'. The ceremony was attended by the H.E. Mr. YAMADA Yoichiro, Ambassador of Japan, Ms. Nina RAYLYAN , PMSI «Isaac Gurfinkel» etc.
The medical institution was granted with 89,392 USD which was offered by the Government of Japan. This grant allowed the acquisition of a medical waste disinfection unit, essential for strengthening medical waste management capacities and eliminating sources of environmental pollution.
