Signing Ceremony for the Grant Aid Project entitled “Improvement of TV Program Production Equipment for the Moldovan Public Television and Radio Broadcaster

On 4 December, Ambassador Yoichiro Yamada and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Serghei Mihov signed the Exchange of Note at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova on the grant project for the Improvement of Television Program Production Equipment at Teleradio-Moldova (total amount: 1.92 billion yen).
The project aims to strengthen the programme production capacity of Teleradio-Moldova, the only public broadcaster in Moldova, by providing the necessary programme production equipment, mainly for the improvement of the educational and cultural programme channels. It is expected to contribute to diversifying and improving the quality of information, expanding educational opportunities, promoting culture in an augmented broadcasting environment in Moldova.
